Suggestion for increased effectiveness: Write down what your particular blocks and
limiting beliefs are, and rate the discomfort you feel about them on a scale of 0-10.
As you tap along with each tapping round, keep one of these in mind. Even if the
words we use don't seem to match what you are focusing on, you will find that the
clearing is still happening, giving you greater freedom to succeed. You can go back
and do this as many times as you like.
