I'm pleased you've decided to take this course of action, and I am committed to
supporting you in moving powerfully forward.

Please contact me at sessions@bradyates.net letting me know of your interest in
scheduling a session. I will then send you a schedule of available appoinments.
In general, my sessions are weekdays at 9am, 11am and 1pm Pacific, but in some
circumstances I will make special arrangements if possible.

Once a session has been scheduled, please click here for the intake form. Save it to
your computer and fill it out (electronically - you can type your signature) and e-mail it
to me at sessions@bradyates.net. Please return the form at least 24 hours prior to the
first session.

Payment can be made via Paypal - invoice links are provided below.

Both payment and your intake form must be received prior to the session — thank you.
