Thank you for your willingness to change your life.

Your Reminder Phrase will be "Even though I am resistant to change..".
Rate your discomfort on a scale of 0-10 so that you can monitor your progress.

Follow along with audio #1, tapping between 5 and 10 times on each of the points mentioned, while repeating the words given (it is not necessary to say the name of the point - that is only for your reference). Please note that in the eTappings, I start with the Eyebrow point, and finish at the top.

Repeat this process until significant relief is gained - preferably bringing the discomfort down to a zero. In subsequent rounds The Setup affirmation and the Reminder Phrase are adjusted to reflect that you are addressing the remaining problem: "Even though I still have this______." You may also find that you want to slightly change the wording, which is fine. This is a only a guide - go with your instincts.

Next, switch to the affirmation audio, #2. Your Reminder Phrase will be "I embrace change...".


It is suggested that you tap with two fingers. You can tap on either side of the body and with either hand. It helps to use all the fingers for the crown and under the arm. For the collarbone point, it is suggested that you make a fist and tap the area where the two collarbones almost meet. When there is more than one round, alternate between tapping on the right and left side.

Drink plenty of water – it is important to keep hydrated while doing energy work.
