Notes:
It is suggested that you tap with two fingers. You can tap on either side of the body and with either hand. It helps to use all the fingers for the crown and under the arm. For the collarbone point, it is suggested that you make a fist and tap the area where the two collarbones almost meet. When there is more than one round, alternate between tapping on the right and left side.
Drink plenty of water - it is important to keep hydrated while doing energy work.
